Y4 is delighted to be a part of CETO Wave Energy Ireland Ltd's winning team.

The ACHIEVE project has been selected for Phase 1 of the programme, which is due to start in January 2022 and run for seven months. The project will deliver a CETO WEC tank testing campaign and a CETO WEC concept design exercise for sites in Scotland and the Basque Country.

At Y4 we have followed the developments of the EuropeWave programme with great interest. The Y4 team is well-versed in the Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) model followed in the EuropeWave programme and we are here to support your bid.

Y4 is a partner in the collaborative research and innovation IMPACT project.

Funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, the three-year €3.3m IMPACT project aims to accelerate testing device development and reduce the technology cost as part of a global advancement in wave energy converter technologies.
